Meet Jackie - Owner & NCPT, NTP!
Jackie Mills is a certified personal trainer, nutritional therapist, and lifelong advocate for health and fitness. With over 20 years of experience, her passion for wellness began at age five through her deep involvement in sports. She earned her ACE Personal Training certification and became a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, along with specialized certifications in Sports Nutrition, Youth Athletes, and Behavioral Change.
In 2017, Jackie’s journey came full circle when she purchased the gym where she now helps clients train for life. She understands the powerful connection between food and well-being, recognizing that for many, food can be an addiction. Her approach combines physical training with nutritional therapy, helping clients see that exercise isn’t just a choice—it’s a way of life.
Jackie’s philosophy is simple: everyone can and should find a form of exercise they love, and with the right support, they can achieve their health and fitness goals.
Meet Jessica - Office Manager/Trainer
Jessica Berry is a certified personal trainer and a dedicated advocate for senior fitness. Holding certifications in Personal Training, Group Fitness, and a CrossFit Level 1 credential, Jessica specializes in helping seniors stay strong, mobile, and confident.
Her approach blends functional training, strength development, and safe conditioning, with every program tailored to the individual’s needs. Jessica’s passion goes beyond physical health—she’s committed to building a supportive community where everyone feels empowered to live life to the fullest through a healthy lifestyle.
