Jackie Mills is a certified personal trainer, nutritional therapist, and lifelong advocate for health and fitness. With over two decades of experience in the industry, Jackie's passion for wellness began at age five through her deep involvement in sports. She went on to earn her ACE Personal Training certification and become a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, along with specialized certifications in Sports Nutrition, Youth Athletes, Behavioral Change, Hyrox L1, and as a Spin Instructor. In 2017, Jackie's journey came full circle when she bought the gym where she now helps her clients train for life. She recognizes the profound connection between food and well-being, acknowledging that for many, food can be an addiction. Her approach combines physical training with nutritional therapy, helping clients understand that exercise isn't just a choice — it's a way of life. Jackie's philosophy is simple: everyone can and should find a form of exercise they love, and with the right support, they can achieve their health and fitness goals.

Every new-client intro begins with an InBody scan, a movement screen, and a one-hour goal conversation. The rest of the pack is built around what we learn.

InBody + movement screen

We measure skeletal muscle, body fat %, segmental balance and postural patterns. You leave with a baseline, not a guess.

02 / Program

Progressive training blocks

4-week cycles with a primary lift, supporting movements, and conditioning. Written down. Trackable. Repeatable.

03 / Handoff

Independent by design

The goal isn’t to need us forever. The goal is confidence to run your own session. Most 4-packs graduate to solo training with check-ins.
