The premise

Food is information — not a points system.

Most diets lose because they treat food as punishment. Nutritional Therapy treats food as what it actually is: signals to your hormones, your brain, your sleep and your mood.

Across 12 weeks, we work through: what’s actually on your plate today, what your body is asking for, how to stop relying on willpower, and how to build a way of eating you can hold for the next twenty years.

Program structure

What 12 weeks actually looks like.

Three phases. Private coaching throughout. Virtual — so you can do it from Ferndale, Bellingham, or anywhere with Wi-Fi.

Weeks 01–04

Foundation & audit

Health history intake. Food journal review. Symptom mapping. Nutrient-dense protein, fat and carb templates — no calorie counting, no food diary shame.

Weeks 05–08

Habits & triggers

We identify the handful of habits that are driving 80% of your results. We rebuild sleep, hydration and blood sugar regulation. The “food addiction” pattern gets a name, and a plan.

Weeks 09–12

Integration & independence

We close out with a personalized 12-month roadmap you can run solo. Travel, social events, plateaus and stress all get scripted responses. You graduate with a system, not dependence.

Nutritional Therapy is not a replacement for medical care. It is, however, an answer for the people who keep walking out of doctor’s offices being told “just lose weight” without a plan for how.

We also offer group nutrition classes that run in 8 to 12 week increments. Topics, schedule and cost vary by cohort. Group programs are a separate offering from the private 12-week Nutritional Therapy course described above.
